The Delta Business Traveler program, introduced on Tuesday, is a new program specifically catering to business travelers, small business owners, and remote workers. It includes a free month of access to Industrious coworking spaces, and discounts after that, reflecting new ways that the travel sector has been partnering with coworking providers globally.Â
At the heart of the program is a free trial membership providing access to flexible workspace provider Industrious’ 200-plus locations worldwide. This newly offered program shows Delta’s recognition of changes in the future of work environments and culture. Â
As remote and hybrid work models gain popularity, companies that are catering to business travelers, like airlines, are forming unique offerings through partnerships with workspace providers. Â

Members of Delta’s new program also receive six months of complimentary Hertz Five Star status car rentals. Business Traveler reports that other exclusive benefits include discounts on CLEAR expedited airport security services, MasterClass online lessons, travel insurance, and Indeed job postings.Â
The program is a strategic response to workforce trends and the growth of business travel following the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s reported that there has been a notable increase in freelance, remote, and entrepreneurial work post-pandemic. Â
