IWG Expands In The Philippines With Five New Flexible Workspaces

The flexible workspace provider is expanding across Taguig, Cebu, Bohol, and Aurora, citing continued demand for hybrid work and specialized office concepts.

International Workplace Group (IWG) is expanding its presence in the Philippines with five new flexible workspace locations and the launch of its healthcare-focused brand, Humanly, as demand for hybrid work continues to grow.

The new sites include HQ Plaza Helena and Regus Island Central Mactan in Cebu, Regus Savya Financial Center and Regus Alveo Park Triangle Tower in Taguig, and the first Humanly location at the APECO Super Health Center in Aurora.

The expansion supports IWG’s goal of reaching 76 locations across the Philippines by the end of 2026, according to Business World.

Humanly Debuts in the Philippines

Alongside its traditional coworking brands, IWG is bringing Humanly to the Philippine market for the first time. The concept is designed specifically for healthcare and wellness professionals, offering treatment rooms, therapy suites, and consultation spaces rather than conventional office layouts.

The company said the launch reflects growing demand for specialized flexible work environments that serve industry-specific needs.

Hybrid Work Continues to Drive Demand

IWG said the expansion is being driven by sustained adoption of hybrid work, with businesses continuing to move away from traditional office models.

According to the company, 82% of organizations in the Philippines have adopted hybrid working arrangements, while roughly one-third plan to invest further in workplace improvements this year.

The company also pointed to forecasts that flexible workspaces could account for 30% of the commercial real estate market by 2030 as organizations increasingly prioritize workplace flexibility.

Global Growth Continues

The Philippine expansion is part of IWG’s broader global growth strategy. During 2025, the company signed agreements for 1,132 new locations and opened 782 centers worldwide.

IWG now operates a network of more than 5,000 locations across more than 120 countries.
