IWG Plans Eight New Flexible Workspaces In Ireland

IWG signed 728 new workspace locations globally in the first half of 2026 and added another 332 in the third quarter.

International Workplace Group (IWG), the parent company of Regus, Spaces and HQ, plans to open eight new flexible workspaces across Ireland as it continues expanding its global network, according to RTE. The planned locations include five Regus sites in Dublin’s Five Lamps area, Scotch Hall in Drogheda, Mervue Business Park in Galway, Swords and Blanchardstown. The remaining locations are HQ spaces in Clones, County Monaghan, and Ashgrove House in Dún Laoghaire, along with a site at Setanta House in Dublin 2.

Building Partnerships Drive Irish Expansion

The new locations are being developed through partnership agreements with building owners, who invest in IWG’s platform to operate branded flexible workspaces within their properties.

IWG said the expansion will bring more workspace options to businesses across Ireland, including locations closer to where employees live and work. The company cited growing demand for flexible working arrangements and businesses’ interest in operating with less fixed real estate overhead.

IWG Signed 728 Locations in First Half of 2026

The Irish plans follow a period of significant global expansion for IWG. The company signed 728 new locations worldwide in the first half of 2026, a record for the six-month period, followed by another 332 signings in the third quarter.
