Location Ventures, a Miami-based real estate platform, has launched a new mix-use development that aims to create an environment that allows people to live, work, and be part of a unique community in Miami Beach and Coconut Grove
URBIN is a residential project that incorporates hospitable living arrangements on short or long-term leases, as well as innovative coworking offices, wellness programs, social events, and lifestyle retail spaces.
Residents in these spaces will have access to a variety of floor plans and amenities. For instance, the Miami Beach location features floor plans that range from 275 square feet studios, to two-to-four bedroom apartments up to 1,334 square feet.
At the Coconut Grove location, residents can choose from 331 square foot studios to six bedrooms at 2,352 square feet. Each location only hosts around 100 units in order to create a true sense of privacy.
The company pre-sold 60% of its Miami Beach location within the first 30 days of launching its presale.
Within an URBIN residence, tenants can choose from an array of layouts and shared spaces per unit, including a common kitchen, dining, and living area.
Additionally, tenants will have access to housekeeping and room services, as well as food and beverage amenities, a wellness center, and rooftop pool deck.
Those who own property through URBIN will be given access to a lease-back program that also allows them to stay on the property for up to 90 nights each year. When owners are away, their property will be managed by the brand and available to rent.
“URBIN celebrates a new way of living by bringing people together through home, work, and wellness in a single setting,” said Rishi Kapoor, CEO of Location Ventures. “Through integrating quality design, technology, wellness and social programming, we’re hoping to foster community and enable a high-quality of life in these city-centric ‘urban’ neighborhoods.”
