Founded in 2010, Preferred Office Network has grown to 650 locations and is now the second largest network of business and coworking centers in North America.

Preferred Office Network, the largest network of its kind focused on enterprise users of workspace in multiple markets, announced today it has grown to 650 locations. This expansion solidifies Preferred as the second largest network of business and coworking centers in North America. The company has experienced steady year-over-year growth since Preferred first brought to market its No-Term Agreement, an incredibly flexible program that allows corporate office users to rent office and coworking space in North American markets without having to commit to a fixed term.

Comprised of over 170 members, Preferred Office Network’s locations provide a wide range of flexible workspace options including private offices, executive suites, team rooms, coworking space, meeting space, event space, and virtual office solutions. As the workspace industry has continued to quickly evolve, Preferred has remained committed to offering flexible solutions to their clients.

“One of the shifts we’ve seen over the years is a wider adoption of coworking space by our clients,” states Preferred’s Vice President of Sales and Operations, Shannon Nagel. “Coworking has matured a bit, and grown to include private and shared options, which are attractive to our clients who value customized workspace options. With new generations entering the workforce, we foresee the demand for coworking space continuing to grow and are thrilled with the addition of some of our newer members offering really strong coworking options.”
