Office temperatures wars are a reality. Most workers, if not all, have complained about workplace temperature at some point or another. Some have been left with no choice than to take a jacket to work (or keep one there) even during the hottest days of the Summer.  75F argues that this all boils down to inefficient air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

75F uses IoT based sensors to eliminate cold and hotspots in offices and to monitor air quality before it becomes a problem. According to Gaurav Burman, 75F can help companies cut energy costs by up to 75%. The company launched in India, where it has benefited from a boom in CRE, especially in coworking spaces.
