Employee Happiness Should Be A Top Priority; These 200 Companies Are Doing It Right

Prioritizing employee happiness isn’t just good for company retention - it makes them more productive by 13%, according to research from Oxford University's Saïd Business School.

Worker stress reached an all-time high last year, and only about a third of employees say their overall well-being is thriving, according to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace report.

With a competitive job market and need to retain talent, organizations might want to prioritize employee happiness. Comparably released a new list of 200 companies that are getting employee happiness right. Comparably used 15 million ratings across 70,000 U.S. companies to assemble the top 200 highest-rated companies for its Happiest Employees 2022 list.

Employees anonymously rated their companies on their work environment, benefits satisfaction, fair pay, excitement to come into work, and more.

HubSpot, RingCentral, Adobe, and Chegg ranked highest among large companies with more than 500 employees. HubSpot was ranked first for its 92% CEO score, its “comfortably fast” work pace, and its 97% rating for a positive work environment.
