The Cengage Group’s 2023 Employability Report reveals that over half of employers (57%) believe certain entry-level jobs and skills could be replaced by AI. The report also states that 65% of recent college students said they’re eager for training on working alongside AI. This phenomenon, known as the “Great Reskilling,” is expected to affect many workers in the next 3-5 years. Â
WVNews reports that 59% of employers are prioritizing “uniquely human” skills and experience over formal degrees, with 50% of them dropping degree requirements for entry-level positions. Â
