According to a new report from Pew Research Center, a majority (56%) of U.S. workers believe that focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at work is “a good thing.”

Furthermore, just over half of the workers surveyed (54%) believe their company pays the right amount of attention to increasing DEI.
