To make the post-pandemic office return more enticing, many CEOs are taking a new approach: providing choice.
Today, the company detailed a new customizable program called the My+ People Experience, which aims to directly address employee benefits, choice, and wellness.
“We were surprised given what we’re hearing about how many employers are requiring workers to come back full time,” said Robin Erickson.
According to a study from Alliance virtual offices, hybrid workers made an average of 23% more than remote workers and 12% more than in-office workers.
