Independent Serviced Office provider Orega are opening a new business centre. The latest addition to their portfolio will open later this year in Canary Wharf, London.
Orega Canary Wharf will be the 6th centre in London joining the other popular locations in Chancery Lane, High Holborn, Hammersmith, Moorgate and Wandsworth.
15,500 sqft of The South Quay building will be renovated into Grade A flexible office space over 1 floor. The workspace will cater to a range of businesses with workstations varying from 2 to 100+. Located alongside major, multinational organisations will make Orega Canary Wharf an excellent base for any business.
Orega Canary Wharf will be designed to promote productivity and employee engagement in a sleek and stylish setting. The modern offices, well-equipped meeting rooms and relaxing breakout spaces will mirror the professional image of the Docklands area.
Canary Wharf is one of the UK’s main financial centres and home to the European Headquarters of numerous major banks including Barclays, Credit Suisse and HSBC. In keeping with Orega’s vision, Orega Canary Wharf will be their newest centre in a prime business location.
Jeremy Hampton, Commercial Director of Orega says: “We’re very confident that Canary Wharf will continue to develop and grow. With this in mind we’re delighted to provide our latest Orega Business Centre at a highly dynamic and attractive waterside location, the South Quay Building. The exciting and high spec fit out is due to be completed October 2016. We will sit alongside and compliment major national and international occupiers, who have already leased offices at the South Quay Building in 2016.
“Our customers can now enjoy ‘The Orega office and meeting room experience’ across our six London locations, something we’re all very excited about.”
Orega Canary Wharf is planned to open October 2016.
