Spacemize has announced plans to transform London’s most prestigious hotels and restaurants into coworking spaces during the day.
Starting early next year, the platform will move into the Midlands to create an “alternative work environment which is more productive than working from home, more convenient than working from a coffee shop, more beneficial than having a private office and cheaper than renting a coworking desk.”
It plans to offer digital nomads a low-cost alternative to traditional coworking spaces throughout seven venues in London, including Sheraton Park Lane and Mamounia Lounge Mayfair.
“High-End hospitality operators embrace this innovative concept to maximize empty commercial space and deal with growing Brexit concerns, which have shaken the UK hospitality industry,” the company said in a statement.
Tzvete Doncheva, head of business development, said that members, travelers, entrepreneurs, and remote workers are apart of an exclusive private network that gives them access to luxury partners that includes complimentary coffee, Wi-Fi, and spa discounts.
Members will have a chance network with like-minded individuals, as well as attend inspirations talks to better their businesses.
Spacemize will expand into Birmingham and Manchester in 2019.
