Franchisees are looking to take advantage of the serviced office market as workplaces continue to become more flexible and agile. Now, analysts expect that three out of ten buildings on every major street could have some sort of franchise opportunity with coworking spaces.
A recent IWG study found that about 89% of business leaders believe that flexible work options help their businesses blossom and stay competitive, while 80% believe incorporating a coworking option better helped them attract and retain talent.
Now, IWG is partnering with franchising experts to become the leader of the UK’s first serviced office franchise to expand its brand even further. So far, it has partnered with Kash Office Limited, AMA Workspaces, SME Properties Limited, and Q-Boid Limited.
As remote working continues to grow, studies show that the global mobile workforce will reach 1.87 billion people by 2022. This has led more and more people to reach for flexible work options, including corporate clients. In fact, JLL predicts that 30% of corporate real estate could include flexible workspaces by 2030.
