Women-focused coworking brand, The Wing, opened its eight US location in Boston’s Back Bay. The 10,500 square feet Boston location takes up the 15th and 16th floors of 699 Boylston Street.

The space was designed by The Wing’s in-house design team, which is led by Laetitia Gorra. Aligned with its women-centric philosophy, The Wing worked with as many women-owned businesses in order to create its first Boston location; the cafe’s menu was created by women chefs, the construction company they worked with is owned by women, and the art chosen for the coworking space was made by women and nonbinary artists.

The Wing uses the local community as inspiration to make sure each location is unique and attractive to potential members. For this location, The Wing used Boston trailblazer to name its conference rooms. The location boasts ergonomic furniture, a nursing room, showers, and an on-site cafe.
