Premier Workspaces has inked an 11-year deal to take up 17,178 square feet of space on L Street in Washington D.C., taking up the 5th floor of the building.
The space will undergo renovations that will include 80 private offices, two conference rooms, a reception area, and accommodate over 140 occupants.
The 10-story building in the city’s Golden Triangle business improvement district features a Starbucks, fitness center, and secured bike room.
Premier Workspaces has over 90 locations across the country and currently occupies 12,000 square feet at The Homer Building in D.C.
