Madrid, November 18th 2019 – First Workplaces, the leading company in flexible coworking offices in Spain, continues growing nationwide, with an upcoming flexible workspace center in Valencia.
The new space will be located at 3 Pintor Sorolla Street, a few meters away from the Town Hill Square. The building is being renovated internally and externally, which will make it one of the most modern and technologically advanced buildings in the Levantine capital.
The operation has been carried out by BNP Paribas Real Estate, as an advisor for First Workplaces, and by CBRE as the advisor for the property of the building, FIATC.
