Furthermore, automation will continue to change the way in which we work through AI, machine learning and blockchain. If you feel that AI is too far out of reach, using e-forms for common interactions can help standardize communication. Still, it appears that AI has become a commonstay for most people with predictive text, Siri and other commonly used services.

In order to protect employees and customer data, companies need to ensure that the proper data and network security services are in place.
