ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA – January 28, 2021 — Hana, a subsidiary of CBRE Group, today announced it has opened a new flexible space location at 2451 Crystal Drive in Arlington, Va. The building, located in the National Landing submarket, is owned and operated by JBG SMITH (NYSE: JBGS), a leading owner and developer of high-quality, mixed-use properties in the DC region. Hana at National Landing marks the company’s first East Coast location.
Hana has initially opened one floor totaling more than 39,000 square feet and includes enterprise-grade private office suites ‘Hana Team,’ conference and events space ‘Hana Meet,’ and a portion of the unit dedicated to traditional co-working ‘Hana Share.’
Hana at National Landing is Hana’s third U.S. location joining Hana at Park District in Dallas, TX and Hana at Park Place in Irvine, CA. Hana has also announced three other U.S. locations that are expected to open in Q1 of this year: New York City, Philadelphia, and Berkeley Heights, NJ.
