ARLINGTON, Va. – Office Evolution – the largest provider of locally owned and operated coworking locations in the United States – is extending its presence in Northern Virginia with a new location in Arlington. Located at 1530 Wilson Blvd., the new 11,187 square foot location will provide businesses and remote workers with access to 53 private offices and 2 conference rooms. The new business center is owned by local entrepreneur Trey Hardin and is slated to open in Fall of 2021.
“Flexibility and convenience have never been more important to employers, employees, and solopreneurs than they are today and will continue to be in a post-pandemic economy,” said Hardin. “This region is home to our nation’s largest employer – the federal government, as well as many other active and growing industries who depend on continuity and stability during uncertain times. I am building out a business center in a prominent Rosslyn building that will provide the newest technology and amenities and a professional work environment where our members will be proud to call their office and host visitors.”
Hardin’s new Office Evolution business center will consist of many exterior offices along an extensive window-line, spacious conference rooms, a high-end kitchen and dining area, and a sound-proofed podcast room. The newly remodeled building includes a fitness center, amenity room and additional conference room space.
Office Evolution’s network of locally operated locations in northern Virginia has provided remote workers and business owners with access to safe and flexible workspace where they can innovate, collaborate and network with others to enhance business productivity and performance. The brand’s nationwide presence has grown significantly during the pandemic, as businesses of all sizes shift their focus towards flexible workspace to avoid paying for expensive leases for traditional office space. This transition from traditional workspace to more flexible options in suburban markets has positioned Office Evolution perfectly for growth and to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces.
“Arlington’s mix of industries, talented workforce and proximity to Washington, DC, makes it the ideal market for Trey to launch his new Office Evolution location,” said Office Evolution Chief Marketing and Development Office Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak. “The Northern Virginia market continues to demonstrate demand for flexible workspace and Trey has a solid growth strategy for this region. We are thrilled he’s part of our Ohana – Hawaiian for family – and because of his expertise and commitment to his members, we know he will enjoy much success.”
