WeWork will expand one of its London coworking spaces on Buckingham Palace Road.
The operator will now take up the 30,000 square feet of space on the fifth floor of the building situated near London Victoria station, adding to its existing presence on the building’s second and fourth floors.
Last year, this location was the second most popular for WeWork All Access bookings.
When the expansion opens later this year, it will feature a variety of collaborative workspaces, lounges, as well as well-thought-out design including floor-to-ceiling windows for plenty of natural light.
“This expansion underscores the strong demand we’re experiencing from companies who are opting for commute-worthy workspaces that cater to employees’ shifting priorities, as they weigh up travel time with what they want to get out of their office visit,” said Peter Greenspan, Global Head of Real Estate at WeWork.
