Industrious is making its mark in the Washington, D.C. area, opening its 7th location in the region. 

The new, 40,000-square-foot flex office space is situated in City Ridge, a 10-acre mixed-use development.

City Ridge was completed in 2022 and is located in the historic neighborhood of Tenleytown. The development offers 154,000 square feet of retail space, 160,000 square feet of office space and four residential buildings totaling 690 units. 

Industrious members will have access to dedicated desks, private offices, conference rooms, focus rooms, phone booths, and spaces that can accommodate teams of up to 20 members.
