What’s going on:
Clario, a healthcare research and technology company, has joined forces with WeWork to grant its employees access to WeWork All Access passes and flexible spaces in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, and Costa Rica, granting their colleagues freedom when it comes to their workspace.
Working together, Clario and WeWork have developed a solution that provides balance between fixed, flexible and remote working.
Why it matters:
At Clario, people now have the benefit of two WeWork solutions: All Access and private space. These workspaces are designed for both focused work and group meetings.
Clario’s new space offers communal areas and shared areas within the building, including lounge spots, reading corners, phone booths for private conversations, conference rooms, and more.
How it’ll impact the future:
“Working with WeWork has allowed us flexibility to choose locations that fit our employee base. It has reduced travel time, improved work efficiency and allowed our employees and Clario as a company greater overall flexibility,” said David E. Fusco, EVP, Chief Human Capital Officer of Clario.
This new development between WeWork and Clario shows that hybrid ways of working are greatly desired by the workforce.
By having the option to utilize a coworking space, companies can give their employees the freedom to tailor their work schedules according to their needs, location, and workflow.
