Goldman Sachs is now urging its employees in the U.S. to work from home until January 18 as cases of Covid-19 continue to spike.
Goldman Sachs offices have been opened to those who abide by the following protocols: must have proof of vaccination, submit to biweekly testing starting January 10, receive the booster for those eligible starting February 1, and wear mandatory masks.
Financial companies have led the workforce in returning to the office, but have had to face the reality that these strategies are not a straight and narrow road.
Instead, it has required these companies to remain agile, as has been seen with the continued delayed return-to-office dates.
