Office marketplace company LiquidSpace has teamed up with flexible workspace management software firm OfficeRnD to help support landlords and operators with growing demand for hybrid workspaces.
Through this new partnership, both landlords and coworking operators of all sizes will be able to easily showcase their flexible workspace offerings during a time when competition within the industry is ramping up.
Already, LiquidSpace’s Global Marketplace features various coworking spaces, landlords, hotels, and private businesses that have access space. Add this with OfficeRnD’s Flex and Hybrid platforms, and businesses with hybrid teams and operators can seamlessly manage modern workplace needs.
Partners that will be supported through this new endeavor include iQ Offices in Canada, Serendipity Labs in the US, and Hub Australia.
“This partnership is a significant milestone for the entire flex space industry. By aligning with LiquidSpace, we can deliver a much better experience to both sides of the flex space market – the supplier of space as well as the customers,” said Miro Miroslavov, CEO of OfficeRnD.
“As the global pandemic recedes and the demand for flex space continues to boom, operational excellence will be even more important for the flex space operators, as well as providing the most awesome booking experience to customers.”
