Coworking franchise company Venture X has expanded its footprint in Atlanta.
The coworking company will take up 30,000 square feet at the Atlanta Financial Center, where it will occupy the first and second floors. Members of Venture X Atlanta-Buckhead will have access to private offices, dedicated desks, a podcast room, content room, and virtual offices.
Members will also be able to gain access to community cafes, as well as use the space for networking events.
Both members and non-members will be able to book meeting and conference rooms by the hour, as well as three event spaces.
Within the property itself, members will be close to a health club, restaurants, a florist, hair stylist, postal service, convenience store, and bank.
The new location is owned by four partners including Sanjay Raghavaraju, Wendy Day, Vinod Kashyap, and Sree Vattikuti, who make up CoCommerce Holdings.
“Venture X Atlanta-Buckhead is ideal for anyone needing to grow their company, escape the work-from-home struggle and/or wanting to be part of a business community,” said Day. “This spring, we are planning to start weekly lunch and learns with business professionals (lawyers, accountants, social media experts, etc.) to help entrepreneurs and business people grow their companies and career skills. We also plan to include mind-body educational sessions to help build the whole person – yoga, meditation, nutrition, life balance, etc.”
