Proptech company Bright Spaces is expanding its reach to London as the demand for building technology grows.
The Romanian company, which has already locked in two investment rounds and services 5 million square feet, will see its new subsidiary grow into a local team in London.
Last year, the company raised over $1.6 million from Axeleo Capital and other UK venture capital firms. The firm also signed a deal with Moorland Property Solutions in Manchester, marking its first foray into the UK. Now, Bright Spaces wants to grow its portfolio in the region even more.
Currently, the company’s portfolio includes landlords and developers including One United Properties, Impact Hub, and its first residential customer InteRo Property Development.
Clients of Bright Space gain access to: digital brochures to showcase their space; 3D virtual reality digital twin of their space; real-time reports on availability, vacancies, and tenant inquiries; Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions; and more.
“Through this step, we show our stakeholders and potential customers that we’ve paid close attention to their needs,” said Bogdan Nicoara, CEO and cofounder Bright Spaces. “I’m looking forward to expanding our team and our portfolio in the UK and I am grateful to have the support of our mentors and investors as we achieve this milestone.”
