San Francisco-based flexible office operator Pacific Workplace will open a new location in Downtown Las Vegas next month.
The grand opening will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor Carolyn Goodman on May 24, marking Pacific’s second Nevada location and 18th overall location.
“This is an important milestone and a recognition of the growing role that Las Vegas has taken as a business and innovative hub in the West, and we wanted to be part of it,” said Laurent Dhollande, CEO of Pacific Workplaces.
The Las Vegas location will span over 16,000 square feet and feature private offices, team rooms, coworking spaces, dedicated desks, meeting rooms, a podcast room, wellness spaces, and more.
Workplace Studio, a design studio based in Chicago, was responsible for the new coworking space’s design. According to Kelly Bozelka, Managing Director of Workplace Studio, the firm emphasized natural light, community, and the region’s mountain views.
Pacific cites Nevada’s burgeoning economy as the reason for expanding in the state, with a report from Vegas Business Digest finding that Nevada’s employment has grown by 9.7% compared to the year prior.
