A new women-oriented coworking campus is slated to open in Denver this summer.
Kate Bailey, CEO and founder of TARRA, revealed plans to open two new locations at East 9th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. She also announced that the firm will renovate a 23,000 square foot nurses’ dorm to support TARRA members.
Members at TARRA Office will be given access to 33 flexible offices, an open plan model, conference rooms, and an event space suited for up to 125 people. This location is expected to open in September.
Close by, the 3,500 square foot TARRA Work location will serve as a private workspace for members, while also featuring other amenities such as phone booths, Zoom rooms, and more.
By operating smaller spaces, Bailey believes that remote workers can better obtain an inspirational workspace, without the distraction of a coffee shop.
“To me, that’s why I built TARRA Work, because it’s what I would have wanted, and honestly, it’s what I would have preferred to have for seven years of having a company that was remote,” said Bailey.
