Coworking companies are continuing to be a beacon of light in the office industry as traditional landlords anxiously await their turn.
One operator that has seen consistent growth in recent years has been Industrious, which will open its 18th New York City location in July.
In partnership with Wolfson Group, the operator will open a 44,000 square foot flexible office in the Financial District’s Cunard Building at 25 Broadway, which was once home to a three-floor WeWork location.
“New York is one of our strongest markets and we are excited to grow in FiDi,” said Doug Feinberg, senior director of real estate at Industrious.
Industrious has quickly proven itself as a strong, sustainable competitor within the flexible office industry. The company, which operates on management agreements, has consistently grown in the last few years and recently received a $100 million investment from CBRE.
