Property research portal OnTheMarket has teamed up with Instant Offices to expand its audience reach.
Through the partnership, nearly 4,000 flexible office listings will appear on OnTheMarket’s portal to address the growing demand for short-term workspaces. Coworking spaces, serviced offices, and other flex spaces across England, Scotland, and Wales will be featured.
Instant Offices’ deal will allow properties to be listed on the site for a minimum of 12 months, making the firm the exclusive commercial property broker on the platform.
