JLL and workplace software firm HqO have strengthened their partnership as part of a new global licensing deal.
The deal will allow JLL to sell HqO services, while the latter has acquired hybrid workplace app JLL Jet that will help expand its customer base.
Last year, JLL invested into HqO in a Series C funding round, solidifying its confidence in the company’s technology offerings.
Workplace experience apps have become a necessary proptech tool for modern businesses and landlords. Occupants of spaces want the ability to easily access workplace data and information, including booking software, payment services, and occupancy levels.
“HqO is committed to not only transforming the modern office, but also transforming how people engage with each other within it,” said Yishai Lerner, Co-CEO of JLL Technologies.
“We’ve long trusted HqO as a strategic partner to deliver the best technology to enhance the workplace experience and are thrilled to roll out their expanded offerings across our portfolio. With the acquisition of JLL Jet, HqO will strengthen its offerings for our customers and this category as a whole.”
