Asia Pacific’s most prominent flexible workspace operators have merged to create the Flexi Group.
Brands including The Cluster, Common Ground and the Hive have come together to provide the region with access to a variety of flexible workspaces, from coworking spaces to enterprise office solutions.
The portfolio features 45 locations across nine countries including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
“The pandemic has changed the way the world works, with businesses of all sizes shifting their workplace strategies towards flexible solutions, employee wellbeing, and collaborative spaces, and we are excited to be at the forefront of that trend,” said Chris Edwards, CEO of The Flexi Group.
Each space will operate on an asset-light approach, allowing the operator to sign joint venture deals that alleviates any potential risk for landlords or the company itself.
“[Landlords] work with us to help engage the tenants in their buildings, offering them access to best-in-class events, flexible work solutions and bookable meeting and event spaces,” said Edwards.
The Flexi Group will seek to expand its presence across the region over the next year.
