Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan says the company will detail its flexible work expectations in the next several weeks.
According to Moynihan, the firm will “have more flexibility than we did, on paper, before,” but that there will be increased “formality to the flexibility.”
By outlining specific guidance to the company’s flexible work arrangements, Moynihan says it will create more equitable policies for all employees.
“We have 210,000 people and there’s literally 210,000 different views of what people want,” said Moynihan.
As opposed to many other financial firms across the world, Bank of America appears to be taking a more lenient approach in its in-office arrangements. Although details of the bank’s new strategy are yet to be seen, other organizations such as Goldman Sachs have already let their longing for in-person work be known.
