Video conferencing solutions company Owl Labs has unveiled the details of its most recent investment round that includes a new partnership.
The company received $25 million led by HP Tech Ventures, as well as a partnership with the iconic IT company in the Series C funding round. As part of the investment, the company’s total funding has surpassed $47 million.
According to the company, the funding will go towards global expansion and product development, including its Meeting Owl product line that offers 360-degree cameras and microphones to enhance virtual meetings.
The partnership will also see HP Tech Ventures partner Angelo Del Priore joining Owl Labs’ board of directors.
Additionally, Owl Labs products will be showcased at HP France, where the IT firm will help market and sell Owl Labs’ offerings.
“Investing in Owl Labs aligns with HP’s strategy to deliver more inclusive and immersive hybrid work solutions to our customers,” said Del Priore. “We have been impressed by Owl Labs’ spirit of innovation and ability to disrupt. We see a bright future for Owl Labs as secular trends in hybrid work provide fertile opportunities for continued innovation, disruption, and growth.”
