Medical coworking company Lina has opened a new location in Aventura, Florida, just outside of Miami.
Founded by husband-wife duo Vicrum and Rachel Puri, Lina aims to help private practice doctors find a space to care for patients without dealing with the high costs and managerial responsibilities of taking up an entire office space.
According to research, private practices have fallen to less than 50% in the U.S. due to costs of labor and staffing, operations and real estate.
However, Lina creates a space where these expenses are included in the membership fee and allows physicians to focus on one thing: caring for patients.
“Everything from our state-of-the-art equipment to our elevated environment to our administrative services enables the well-being of our physicians as much as their patients,” said Vicrum. “Our cost-effective alternatives combined with member access to invaluable networking and resources has allowed practitioners to launch, sustain, and grow their practices.”
Currently, the company has two flagship locations in New York City, with the Aventura location marking its first in the South.
