IWG brand Spaces is expanding its southern presence with a new location in Downtown Memphis.
The coworking operator will take up 18,500 square feet at 107 South Main, a historic building that dates back to 1900 and was vacant for nearly two decades before being purchased by real estate developer 18 Main in 2019.

The building has been in the process restoration since 2022 as part of the Downtown Memphis Commission’s anti-blight efforts, where 18 Main will preserve its historic structure.
