Newcastle-under-Lyme’s economy has been given a significant boost thanks to the expansion of one of the region’s most successful business hubs – Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme – which has just announced the opening of additional floors.
In what is the fourth expansion in little more than a year since first opening, the new space will have room to house over 100 new entrepreneurs, start-ups and SMEs, meaning it can now play host to nearly 325 people.
The fully serviced hub by Citibase, located right by the town centre in Copthall House on King Street, is the ideal base for businesses both large and small, at whatever stage of their development.
With space from under £4 per desk per day, Citibase Newcastle-under-Lyme offers flexible contract terms for a range of high quality, fully furnished office spaces.
Services include a dedicated Citibase Concierge team offering reception and administrative services, personalised call answering, superfast internet and telecoms packages, meeting rooms and car parking.
Citibase’s Marketing Director, Alasdair Farrimond said:
“Our fourth expansion in little over a year since we welcomed our first customers, is testament to how popular our hassle-free workspace has proved to be.
“We are thrilled to be able to offer over 100 more businesses affordable and flexible offices without them being tied down to long term contracts.
“We take away all the hassle of running their office needs, leaving them to focus on what’s really important – running and growing their business and boosting Newcastle-under-Lyme’s economy in the process.”
