Coworking operator Industrious will take over about 22,300 square feet of space at the Los Angeles Citigroup Center in partnership with the owner, Coretrust Capital Partners.
Located in the heart of the city, the building is a 900,000 square foot LEED Certified office building. Industrious plans to take over the 13th floor that will be known as Industrious Bunker Hill. The office will include a coworking space and private offices.
“Industrious is the ideal coworking group to be part of our transformation of 444 South Flower into a vibrant and collaborative working environment for all generations of office users,” said Spike Whitney, Vice President at Coretrust.
Industrious has one other downtown location on Wilshire Boulevard, as well as a 140,000 square foot workspace at Playa Vista.
