The We Company has announced it has enlisted designer Dror Benshetrit and Waze executive Di-Ann Eisnor to launch its new city initiative.
The duo will oversee a team of architects, engineers, economists and biologists to attempt to improve life in an urban environment.
“I am thrilled that the Studio Dror team joins The We Company’s journey to reimagine not just the future of work, but of space and how we use it, and in doing so, help our cities thrive and become more livable, more human, and more inclusive,” said Benshetrit.
While it is still unclear how the Studio Dror team will accomplish such a massive task, The We Company has taken purposeful steps towards creating this reality. In 2018, the company acquired design school Designation and design firm Case in 2015.
The future of a new We city is still largely underwraps, but soon enough there might be a We neighborhood near you.
