Regus Signs Lease In Bucharest’s Tiriac Tower

Tiriac Imobiliare, a real estate division of prominent Romanian businessman Ion Tiriac’s holding, has signed a lease to major coworking operator Regus for 3,600 square meters in the Tiriac Tower.

The tower has been in development since last August near Bucharest’s Victoriei Square.

“As the construction is advancing, we expect to sign new contracts,” said Bogdan Cernescu, managing director at Ţiriac Imobiliare. “Tiriac Tower is the only office building under construction around Victoriei Square, and this is an advantage.”
