“Washington D.C.-based coworking company Eastern Foundry will open a new location in downtown Fayetteville this September.”
The defense-oriented company helps contractors work with the federal government and provides them with coworking spaces.
“Fayetteville’s proximity to the largest Army installation in the country, Fort Bragg, and its impressive contracting community make it a prime location for the company’s first expansion outside of Virginia since it opened doors in 2014,” the company said in a blog post.
Eastern Foundry has partnered with The Fayetteville Cumberland Economic Development Corp. (FCEDC) to open its operations on the fourth floor of the Robert C. Williams Business Center.
Fayetteville Mayor Mitch Colvin said Eastern Foundry’s will hopefully motivate entrepreneurs that have companies in the defense sector.
Currently, Eastern Foundry has two other locations in Arlington, Virginia.
