Coworking operator Serendipity Labs revealed it hopes to expand between 200 and 300 locations across the U.S., the U.K., and Canada.
“Those are relatively straightforward markets for us,” said John Arenas, CEO. “For us, the U.S. is such a large economy and there’s plenty of opportunity. We see growing in secondary markets throughout the U.S.”
The company is headquartered in Rye, New York and recently added a 20,000 square foot workspace in White Plains as it continues to expand into suburban areas. The new Serendipity location features numerous environmentally conscious features such as LED lights with sensors, recyclable carpeting, special air filters and more. It will also feature four meeting rooms, event spaces and a kitchen.
When companies or individuals sign up with Serendipity Labs, they will be granted access to any of the operator’s locations.
Memberships include dedicated workspace, drop-in coworking, a social membership for those who want access to the club, and more.
