For the most part, the rapid transition to remote working has been seamless for many companies and reports are finding that workers are more productive now than ever before.
According to a report from virtual agency firm Hoxby, over two-third of office workers now expect some form of remote work arrangement to last for three more months. Additionally, 58% of respondents said they are enjoying this new way of working and only, with the majority saying they are happier working from home.
“Changing working practices is about putting people, their lives, their work, their mental health, all of these things centre stage. I’m thrilled to have seen such positive outcomes after five weeks of lockdown and truly hope remote working becomes a big part of every organisation’s future,” said Lizzie Penny, cofounder of Hoxby.
