Serendipity Labs, the leader in the flexible workplace industry, is today announcing Emerging Stronger, Together, a first-of-its-kind program that supports corporate workforce transitions back to the office as stay at-home orders due to novel coronavirus are gradually lifted across the nation.
In addition to ensuring health and safety through enhanced operational protocols, Emerging Stronger, Together includes a Workplace Transition Program, providing companies with transferable workspace subscriptions for a private dedicated workspace in any location in the national network for one flat monthly price. Also available are on-demand meeting and desk spaces by reservation through a mobile app. Emerging Stronger, Together supports employees with a flexible set of choices for how and where to work.
“Of course we have established strict protocols for managing our workplaces, from touchless check-in to temperature screening, to reducing occupancy limits for all of our work settings, and even enabling contact tracing capabilities,” says Chairman and CEO John Arenas “However, we believe that from now on the decision to commute to a city center, work from home, or work near home will be completely in the hands of office workers, each day. Emerging Stronger, Together is a groundbreaking program for our industry that makes the transition back to the workplace easier for both employees and employers.”
Every Serendipity Labs workplace is already designed with wide hallways, fully demising drywall partitions, and individually ducted HVAC air returns for each office and phone room. Full size desks and low-density seating arrangements have always been part of the Serendipity Labs design standards.
Enterprise-class access control and technical security standards enable compliance, control and accountability through enhanced health and safety reporting 24/7. The IT platform is also HIPAA, FINRA and Sarbanes-Oxley audit trail compliant.
Each location is fully staffed with a seasoned General Manager responsible for adhering to CDC guidelines and other protocols, as well as Experience Coordinators to provide personalized service, hospitality and continuous safety and health compliance.
As part of the Emerging Stronger, Together initiative, Serendipity Labs has developed a new set of innovative workplace transition support programs to help employers equip their workers with good choices for safe, private, productive and secure workplaces:
- New Transitional Workplace Subscriptions:
Companies wishing to establish trusted, transitional workplaces for employees can now subscribe employees to a monthly membership for private, enclosed workspace anywhere in the U.S. network for one flat monthly price of $299 per desk/per person. This program allows companies to reassign memberships among employees and reassign locations for total flexibility. Rolling subscription start dates can be tied to the easing of stay-at-home orders allowing companies to plan ahead.
- On-Demand Reservable Offices and Desks by the Day:
Through the Serendipity Labs reservation system and app, drop-in access is now available by reservation for well-ventilated private offices or low-density workstation settings for a flat daily rate of $49 per person at any location in the urban, suburban and secondary market network. Unlimited access to desks and workstations is available for $199/mo. To ensure proper physical distancing, advance reservations will be required.
- Company-wide Access to Meeting Rooms on Demand:
Workforce re-entry will also mean smaller meetups with physical distancing and video conferencing. The program includes network-wide access to technology equipped conference and board rooms for all client company employees via mobile app reservation, at our member rates.
“The flexible office industry is in a unique position to help companies transition back to work, whether it’s rotating teams, providing secure and healthy meeting rooms for periodic use, or a reserving desk for a day that is close to home,” says Arenas. “I believe that if we work together, we will emerge stronger with a better approach to work. We stand ready to do our part.”
