Said Haider, regional director of Middle East Sales for real estate technology firm Yardi, believes that technology is changing how the real estate industry operates.
Through artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, business models are changing due to digitization.
Yardi is a company that designs and develops software solutions for real estate owners and offers its products for most real estate sectors including commercial, residential, homeowners associations, student housing and more.
Haider said that Yardi’s solutions support the property sector by offering a centralized database. He also said that the growth and demand in workplace flexibility led the company to develop a software product called Yardi Kube, which provides shared offices the ability to manage members’ space allocations. It also features a technology management systems for shared workspaces that provide IP addresses and Wi-Fi.
Yardi’s coworking module will launch across the Middle East in 2020 and will offer financial, workspace and technology management that is ideal for coworking operators.
Going forward, Yardi plans on expanding across the Middle East with a new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as well as plans for a new data centre in Saudi Arabia.
