Goldman Sachs will conduct more frequent testing and require employees to receive a booster of Covid-19 vaccines as the Omicron variant drives cases up.
In an effort to move forward with its return-to-office plans, Goldman Sachs will require employees to be tested twice a week beginning January 10 and receive their booster by February 1, if eligible.
The banking firm first opened its offices in June. In an August memo, Goldman Sachs employees were told they needed to submit to weekly tests, have full vaccination status, and wear masks in order to enter the company’s U.S. offices.
