Another Elon Musk-owned company is facing allegations of unfair employee treatment.
According to a new lawsuit, two California-based Tesla employees were fired due to being part of a group drafting letters critical of Musk’s leadership.
In one of the letters, workers asked executives to rethink their return-to-office policies. Another letter accused the CEO’s tweets of breaking Tesla’s anti-harassment policy. While neither letter wassent to the company’s leaders, the employees say they were still fired.
This isn’t the first time Musk’s employees have accused the company of workers’ violations.
Just this year, former SpaceX employees accused the company of unrightfully firing them after writing a letter that requested stronger “zero-tolerance policies.”
