Employee burnout is a serious issue, with 77% of workers experiencing it. Burnout is a problem that needs to be mitigated for the health of both the workforce and the health of organizations globally — and a retreat is a simple solution. 

“Imagine the cost of a high-performing, highly productive and highly engaged workforce. Combine that with the creative ideas and innovations that often come out of retreats and the results are priceless,” Jacobsen explains. 

A successful work retreat hinges on meticulous planning and consideration of all facets — from clear goal-setting to engaging activities and smooth logistical management. By following these detailed steps, you can create an event that not only meets your organizational objectives but also leaves a lasting positive impression on your team.
