Leadership is the most important component to a successful workplace. Without it, the wellbeing of workers and productivity can suffer.

As the wellness industry has grown, companies have been more keen on embracing wellness offerings to prevent burnout and improve the overall health of workers. This can include fitness facilities and relaxation rooms, but how a manager shows up each day can make or break employee wellbeing.
