Coworking firm Common Desk has become a staple in the flexible office market and has announced plans to expand its portfolio with the introduction of its new mobile app Ellum.
Ellum allows members, landlords, and staff quick access to each location’s hospitable amenities. It provides access to event sign-ups, conference room booking, a way to pay for delivery on coffee and snacks, and more.
“We want to bring best in class hospitality to as many people inside office buildings as possible, and the launch of Ellum is dramatically expanding the number of buildings our brands can service,” said Nick Clark, founder and CEO of Common Desk. “Our brands are known for the way we treat our customers and Ellum will help us take it to a whole new level.”
All Common Desk locations will feature Ellum Tech “IoT buttons” that sends in a request to onsite staff, then provides immediate feedback.
Ellum also has a web-facing platform that allows Common Desk members access to invoices, member details, team management, and daily operations.
The mobile app will roll out across a few buildings without coworking this fall, with plans to expand it across its Texas locations later this year.
